Terms of Service

Participants must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Access to certain sessions, including masterclasses and premium Day 3 events, requires valid payment and registration.

Payments are processed securely via Paystack.

• Refunds may be granted if requested at least 7 days before the event.
• Approvals are based on valid reasons submitted to the organizers.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7-day cutoff period.
• Tickets are strictly non-transferable.

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with others. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these rules without a refund.

We may record selected sessions for promotional or archival purposes.

• Photos/videos taken may be used in summit promotional materials.
• Speakers retain full ownership of their specific presentation materials.
• By sharing content, participants grant us the right to include such interactions in recordings unless otherwise agreed.

Participants may record sessions for personal use. Any public use or social media sharing must include proper attribution to the Sustaining Impact Summit and the respective speakers.

The Deal Room requires separate application or invitation.

• Selection is at the organizers' discretion based on relevance and readiness.
• Participation does not guarantee funding, investment, or partnership outcomes.

The summit is not responsible for negotiations or outcomes resulting from Deal Room interactions.

All branding, summit materials, and proprietary content belong to Sustaining Impact Solutions Limited unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify schedules, change speakers, or adjust formats (e.g., shifting a physical hub to fully virtual) if necessary for the success of the summit.
